This is a utility to perform automatic RSS file generation from CVS commits on Windows. It has been briefly tested with CVSNT 2. This utility will update an RSS file on every commit of a module, and will keep one RSS file per module.
The CVS Commit RSS Writer is currently maintained by Ilya Haykinson. The software is free and open-source. You will need the Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 installed to run this software. It's a 23.14MB download, so only get it if the system will not install.
